Oval Diamond Ring to Pendant
Wanting to transform an oval diamond ring, this client turned to Diamonds On The Key for suggestions, and decided a pendant would get the most use for every day wear. The diamond was unset and weighed at 2.00 carats. A four prong, basket pendant mounting was supplied, in which to set the client’s diamond, in a “horizontal orientation” for a modern look, with a 14 karat white gold cable link chain attached, so the diamond appears to be “floating”. The chain was made to be adjustable at 15, 17 and 18 inches in length, for various layering options. The old ring mounting was applied as a scrap credit towards the new custom pendant necklace. The client was absolutely thrilled with her new necklace!
