The client brought in a simple pair of earrings with the vision of transforming them into two matching pendants for her granddaughters.

With sentimental value at the forefront, the goal was to preserve the original simpleness of the pearls while adapting them into wearable heirloom pendants suitable for everyday wear. The client shared a pendant design she had found online and admired, which served as inspiration for the overall aesthetic, proportions, and setting style.

Using this reference, we developed custom CADD renderings for the pendants, carefully adjusting scale and bail construction to ensure balance, durability, and a refined finish. Special attention was given to symmetry so that both pendants would match beautifully while remaining delicate and age-appropriate. Once the CADD designs were presented, the client approved the final layouts with great enthusiasm. Matching chains were then selected and supplied to complement the pendants, ensuring proper length, weight, and metal harmony with the redesigned pieces.

The result was a pair of thoughtfully crafted pendants that honor the original earrings while creating meaningful, timeless gifts. The client was thrilled with the outcome and delighted to pass these newly transformed heirlooms on to her granddaughters.
