Custom Fancy Emerald Pendant Makeover
After having seen a beautiful emerald and diamond pendant in a magazine, this client inquire if a similar design could be produced for herself? A budget range was first established for the custom made design and then the process of sorting through an assortment of various size and quality emeralds began. A 4.71 carat fine, evenly colored emerald was selected, with 3 round brilliant cut diamonds graduating in size, to complete the design of the pendant. A computerized design (CADD) was specially created to fit all 4 sizes of the gemstones and then cast in 14 karat yellow gold. The pendant was suspended from an adjustable solid cable chain, so it could be worn at various lengths and layered with the client’s other necklaces. The end result was a unique custom pendant that can be worn on a daily basis!
