Lapel Pin to Pendant
This client turned to Diamonds On The Key to transform a sentimental, 14 karat gold & enamel “National Airlines” lapel pin, which belonged to her father, and received after his many years of dedication to the company. To transform it into a pendant to be worn by his daughter, the post was removed and backing smoothed over, with a 14 karat yellow gold bail soldered to the top, so that she could add the new pendant to her own chain necklace. The client was very pleased and now wears her father’s beloved heirloom every day!
